Service Description

Step out of the daily rush and into your favorite muumuu for a relaxed, restorative session built around joy, breath, and community. The Golden Ashes Gathering is open to all ages, body types, and experience levels—no previous yoga or movement experience required. We’ll start by sipping your choice of tea, coffee, or fresh juice as we settle into the space. From there, we’ll transition into intentional breathwork, followed by an accessible combination of gentle yoga stretches and low-pressure, playful twerk movement to release tension and wake up the body. We’ll close our time together with a calm journaling session to capture your reflections.
