Awaken your inner fire and melt away stress in a warm, welcoming space designed for women of all ages, sizes, and experience levels. Goddess Ignite & Restore brings together the best of energizing movement and deep relaxation—all while staying cozy in your favorite muumuu! We’ll open our circle by gathering over herbal tea, coffee, or fresh juice to chat and ground into the space. From there, we’ll move through a journey of balance: Ignite your spirit with playful, accessible twerk movements and freeing stretches that celebrate your body, then Restore your mind with grounding breathwork and calm, guided journaling. Whether you come to dance, stretch, sip, or reflect, this judgment-free circle is a space to honor yourself exactly as you are. Note: For guests 21+, this is a cannabis-friendly gathering during the opening beverage & social portion. All activities are fully optional—participate in whatever feels right for you!
